According to Crossbeam, Open Data Partner availability varies by plan, while bulk Partner Invitations with status tracking reached all plans. AI Agents moved from private to public beta on Connector, Supernode, and Enterprise, where an agent posts to Slack when a defined ecosystem condition matches. The company reports the MCP server is read only, runs on every plan for users with a Full Access or Sales seat, and meters queries against an annual account-level credit pool, from 50 on Free to 5,000 on Enterprise. The changes touch account mapping, co-sell, and partner ops.
Our take: Three things that used to live in separate products now sit in one stack: third-party overlap data, automated monitoring, and delivery into whatever AI tool a rep already has open. The governance bill arrives with the convenience, because Open Data means acting on overlap with vendors that never opted into a data-sharing agreement with your company, and credits turn ecosystem queries into a metered line item somebody has to own. Calling the Slack-alert beta an agent is generous. The question worth answering before rollout is who is accountable when a rep acts on an answer that surfaced in Claude and originated with a partner nobody on the team has ever spoken to.
